This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets the terms for using the Asted Cloud service (the “Service”) and governs the relationship between the User and the Service Administration.

- Content — any materials uploaded or published by the User (texts, images, files, data, settings, etc.).
- Project — a resource/settings created by the User within the Service (website, page, integrations, CRM/ERP/HRM data, etc.).
2. Scope
The Administration grants the User the right to use the Service functionality on an “as is” basis to create and manage projects, including builder tools, analytics, and data management. Certain features may be offered as paid services or subscriptions.
3. Registration and security
- When creating an Account, the User must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- The User is responsible for keeping their login/password secure and for all actions performed in the Account.
- If the User suspects their credentials are compromised, they must change the password promptly and/or contact support.
4. Acceptable use

- attempt to bypass restrictions, gain unauthorized access, or perform security testing without prior consent;
- share credentials or provide access to the Service to third parties outside the intended mechanisms.
5. User Content
- The User warrants they have the necessary rights to upload and use the Content in the Service and that it does not violate the law or third-party rights.
- The User grants the Administration a non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, process, and display the Content to the extent necessary to operate the Service (including publishing websites/pages as configured by the User).
- The Administration may restrict access to or remove Content if there are indications of legal violations or breaches of this Agreement.
6. Paid services
Pricing, plan details, payment terms, and refund rules (if applicable) are published in the Service interface and/or on the website. By purchasing paid services, the User confirms acceptance of those terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software code, design, databases, and other elements (excluding the User’s Content), is owned by the Administration and/or rights holders and is protected by law. Any use outside the Service without permission is prohibited.
8. Personal data and privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The User confirms that when processing data of third parties (for example, customers), they have a lawful basis for such processing and for transferring data to the Service.
9. Limitation of liability
- The Service is provided “as is”. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- The Administration is not liable for losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, profit, or reputation.

11. Changes to the Agreement
The Administration may update this Agreement. The current version is published on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means the User accepts the updated version.
12. Requests and infringement reports
If you believe Content in the Service infringes your rights, you can submit a report via the reports and complaints page. For Account and Project questions, please use support in your dashboard.
