Adobe Firefly now allows training an AI image generator with your own works
Adobe launches its own AI image generators
Adobe announced the launch of new Firefly Custom Models—fully personalized image generators. These tools let you “train” an AI on your work and make it reproduce a specific artistic style, character design, color schemes, and even shading tone.
How it works* Public beta testing – models are currently available to anyone who wants them.
* Training with your own data – you upload your drawings, photos or illustrations, and the model remembers their characteristics.
* Private access by default – materials used for training do not enter Adobe Firefly’s public repository, so your data remains private.
What this will give content creators
1. Consistent style – images maintain a uniform aesthetic of characters and illustrations, which is important for brand production.
2. Time savings – instead of starting each project from scratch, you can quickly generate new variations within an already established visual language.
3. Flexibility at scale – one trained AI can be used across different campaigns, briefings and projects without losing unique details.
> *“To develop a brand, you need a constant flow of materials that consistently express your essence… After training, your custom model becomes part of your workflow. You can generate new ideas that match your aesthetic, reuse the model in various projects, briefings and campaigns, and create content at scale without losing what makes your work distinct.”* – says Adobe’s press release.
Thus, Firefly Custom Models open the way to faster, more consistent, and scalable visual content creation.
