Apple is preparing for an “Ultra” series of new products this year

According to the latest weekly Power On newsletter, Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman reported that Apple plans to release at least three new devices branded Ultra during the current year. After successfully filling the budget segment (MacBook Neo, iPad 11 and Apple Watch SE), attention is now shifting to the premium market.

It is expected to cost about $2000 and become the “dominant” smartphone in Apple’s lineup. ≈ $2000 AirPods Ultra Premium‑category headphones that will surpass the Pro model in price and functionality. For example, although there is already an Apple Watch Ultra and M‑series chips with such a prefix, the Studio Display XDR monitor did not use the name. In the near future the company may introduce even more super‑premium devices: a powerful iMac with a large screen and an iPad with a foldable OLED display.

Thus, Apple intends to expand its portfolio of high‑class gadgets, offering users new levels of performance and design.
