Apple is preparing a “three‑day” launch of at least five new products

Last week the company announced an upcoming presentation that will take place on March 4 in New York. According to Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman, Apple will unveil no fewer than five new devices and technologies at this event.

How the event will unfold
- Three‑day format – announcements will begin on Monday, March 2, and continue until the official “guest program” on Wednesday, March 4.

- During these days the company plans to release several press releases and possibly video materials from presentations, but without the usual live show.

What is expected
Category Expected new items
Notebooks • Affordable MacBook based on Apple Silicon A18 Pro
    • Flagship MacBook Pro with M5 Pro and M5 Max chips
    • MacBook Air with M5 chip
Tablets  • iPad Air with M4 chip
    • iPad with A18 chip
Mobile devices • iPhone 17e (if its release is not earlier)
Computers and peripherals • Mac Studio with M5 Max and M5 Ultra chips
    • Studio Display 2 monitor

Gurman notes that the appearance of an inexpensive MacBook is quite likely – in the image Apple used to announce the event, the proposed color variants of the chassis are already visible.

What else might come out
- Mac Studio and Studio Display – a simultaneous launch of both products may seem redundant, but Gurman points out that both are under development.

- The new iPhone 16e, iPad Air with M3, MacBook Air with M4, MacBook Pro with M4 Pro and M4 Max are already almost absent from Apple stores, which could indicate an upcoming release of new generations.

Gurman does not rule out the appearance of new software and chips, but there are no exact details yet.

Thus, Apple is preparing a packed program that experts believe will feature both hardware and software innovations, as well as new chips – all over three days without a traditional presentation.
