Google launches Gemini Intelligence – AI features for Android smartphones
Last week, Google announced the launch of *Gemini Intelligence*—a suite of intelligent capabilities that will be available on high‑performance Android devices. However, they can currently only be expected on a limited number of phones.
What is included in Gemini Intelligence?
* Multi‑step task automation – searching and processing information, interacting with apps and websites on behalf of the user; all this runs in the background.
* A new Gboard component – allows free text input using familiar conversational language: filler words, mixed languages, etc.
Where the features are already available
* First devices – Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 and Z Flip8.
* In the near future they will appear on the Galaxy S26 and Pixel 10.
Google emphasizes that these capabilities are currently premium and exclusive. To run them you need:

These strict requirements make Gemini Intelligence available only on a very limited number of devices. Even basic Pixel 11 models, which are expected to have 8 GB RAM, may not get the full set of features.
Thus, Google is positioning Gemini Intelligence as an exclusive premium feature for elite smartphones.
