Intel and Google are teaming up on a new line of laptops called “Googlebook”

*Intel has officially confirmed its collaboration with Google on the Googlebook project – a platform for premium laptops equipped with Gemini Intelligence AI technology. The devices are slated to be released in the fall.*

Competitive landscape
- Apple MacBook Neo – a budget model with an A18 Pro chip, no active cooling, long battery life, AI support, and affordable pricing.

- The MacBook Pro on Wildcat Lake will not be able to compete with Googlebook in terms of performance.

Thus, Intel and Google are preparing for a fall release of a new line of laptops aimed at the premium segment and deep integration of AI technologies. Competition will be especially intense regarding Apple’s budget models.
