Lenovo unveiled a tablet with a gaming controller panel and a folding screen that transforms into a laptop

Lenovo showcases a new hybrid gadget at MWC 2026

The Chinese PC giant Lenovo unveiled the Legion Go Fold Concept during Mobile World Congress 2026, combining elements of a gaming tablet with a foldable screen and a transformable laptop.

How the design works
* The hinges allow the device to bend so that the display is always on the outer side.
* In portrait orientation the visible screen area shrinks to 7.7 inches. The game controller thresholds attach to the sides and can be connected to other sides of the tablet.
* In landscape mode the screen expands to 11.6 inches with a 16:10 aspect ratio.

Thus, one gadget can be used as:
1. A gaming tablet in portrait orientation;
2. A large gaming display in landscape mode;
3. A “laptop” by attaching a case with an integrated keyboard and trackpad to the tablet.

The controller can also be used separately as a vertical mouse.
