LG launches a new line of gaming monitors UltraGear evo

The company LG announced its readiness for the release of two models from the new UltraGear evo series – a 39‑inch ultra‑wide OLED monitor (39GX950B‑B) and a 27‑inch Mini‑LED monitor (27GM950B‑B). Both models were first unveiled at CES 2026 in January, and are now available for pre‑order.

Technical details
- Ports – both models feature one DisplayPort 2.1, two HDMI 2.1, and a USB‑C port with up to 90 W charging support.

- Synchronization – fully compatible with Nvidia G‑Sync and AMD FreeSync Premium/Pro.

- Panel – the 39‑inch model uses OLED technology, delivering deep blacks and high contrast; burn‑in warranties last two years.
The 27‑inch model runs on Mini‑LED with a high level of local dimming.

- Color gamut – both models cover over 99 % of the DCI‑P3 space, making them suitable for professional work and creative content.

- Ergonomic stand: height, tilt, swivel, and rotation adjustments.

Availability
Both models will go on general sale on May 4. Retailers are already accepting pre‑orders, with prices listed in U.S. dollars.
