The Greek site TechManiacs revealed the technical specifications for Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 and its “wide-format” version.

What’s new?

1. Processor and weight
Galaxy Z Fold 8 will feature the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. The device has become thinner – its thickness is now 4.1 mm, and its weight has dropped to 210 g.

2. Cameras
The main camera has been upgraded to 200 MP, while the front remains at 10 MP. The ultra-wide lens now offers 50 MP resolution, whereas the telephoto still sits at 10 MP (exact figure not disclosed).

3. Battery
The most noticeable improvement is the battery capacity rising from 4400 mAh to 5000 mAh, promising longer usage time.
