Sony unveils the updated esports OLED monitor Inzone M10S II
*Last year Sony released the gaming OLED monitor Inzone M10S, supporting 1440p resolution and up to a 480 Hz refresh rate. Today the company announced a new version – M10S II, created in partnership with the gaming club Fnatic.*

New features
1. Dual‑mode operation
* Players can switch between high‑resolution fast imagery and an even faster picture with reduced quality. This is convenient for competitive games where reaction speed matters.
2. Variable refresh rate support (VRR)
* Compatibility with Nvidia G‑Sync and an “extreme” flicker suppression feature make the gaming experience smoother and more comfortable.
3. Black frame insertion (BFI)
* The BFI algorithm reduces motion blur while maintaining high brightness – a competitive advantage. In this mode the monitor runs at 240 Hz instead of the standard 540 Hz.
4. Specialized gaming modes
* FPS Pro – image optimization for first‑person shooters, comparable to LCD monitors.
* FPS Pro+ – leveraging OLED benefits for brighter and more contrasty visual effects.
Technical details
* Ports: DisplayPort 2.1a (UHBR13.5, up to 54 Gb/s), HDMI 2.1, USB hub.
* Stand: Improved disc‑shaped stand with adjustable tilt angle.
* Price: $1099.99 (same as the original).
* Availability: Exclusively online at Sony’s store, sales scheduled soon.
In summary: The Inzone M10S II combines higher brightness and contrast thanks to a new WOLED panel, improved gaming modes, and expanded refresh‑rate switching options. This makes the monitor an attractive choice for professional esports players and serious gamers seeking maximum reaction speed and visual quality.
