TCL unveiled a new OLED monitor 32X3A

The company announced the launch of the 31.5‑inch OLED monitor model 32X3A, which offers two operating modes:

ModeResolutionRefresh rate13840 × 2160 (4K)240 Hz21920 × 1080 (Full HD)480 Hz
OLED+ Technology

32X3A uses the “OLED+” technology, which TCL describes as a combination of a multi‑layer OLED light source and its own image tuning system. It is not a new panel category but an improvement to existing technology. The panel features denser pixel placement (“matrix” resolution), which enhances text sharpness and eliminates typical issues with small fonts and high‑contrast interface elements.

Performance

* Response time – 0.03 ms (GtG).
* “Ultra‑fast frame synchronization” reduces overall input lag by about 50 %.
* Multi‑layer anti‑glare and anti‑reflective coating reduces reflections and improves visibility in dark scenes under bright lighting.

Design and Ergonomics

* The thinnest part of the monitor is only 6.4 mm.
* “Stargate” backlighting from a metal rear panel with customizable effects.
* An ambient light sensor automatically adjusts brightness and color temperature.

Sound

The monitor is equipped with a Bang & Olufsen sound system, but the company has not yet disclosed its technical specifications.

Price and Availability

In China the 32X3A sells for 5999 yuan (≈ $870). At present TCL has not announced plans to release the model in overseas markets.
