New “Gothic” Versions for Consoles

Publisher THQ Nordic and developer Alkimia Interactive announced that the three parts of the Gothic trilogy will be available on Xbox and PlayStation in the coming months. The information was posted on the project’s official microblog.

- Gothic Classic (volume one) will release on July 28.
- Gothic 2 Complete Classic, including the “Night of the Crow” DLC, will appear on September 29.
- Gothic 3 Classic will be available on November 24.

All three games will sell for $30/€30 per copy.

Additional Releases
* By the end of this year, Gothic Classic will also become available on iOS mobile devices.
* A remake of the original “Gothic” is scheduled for June 5 2026 for PC (Steam, GOG), PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. Pre‑orders on consoles will include a free copy of Gothic Classic.

Thus, in the coming months fans of the series will be able to enjoy the full Gothic trilogy on both traditional gaming consoles and mobile devices, as well as obtain an updated remake of the old classic.
