Intel – New Bartlett Lake Processors for Edge Systems

Intel officially announced the release of the Core Series 2 processor family under the code name Bartlett Lake. These chips are not intended for ordinary desktop PCs but are designed for integration into edge devices and embedded solutions.

Key Features
Feature | Description
Core | Only performance P‑cores (no power‑efficient E‑cores)
Process Technology | Intel 7
Cache | 36 MB L3
Memory Support | Up to 192 GB DDR5‑5600 / DDR4‑3200 with ECC
Integrated Graphics | UHD Graphics 770
PCIe from CPU | up to 20 lanes (PCIe 5.0 + PCIe 4.0)
DMI Bus | 4th generation

These parameters make Bartlett Lake attractive for industrial systems where high single‑thread performance and simple core management are important.

Models
Model | Cores / Threads | Frequency (MHz) | TDP (W)
Intel Core 9 273PQ | 12/24 | up to 5.9 GHz | 125
Intel Core 9 273PE | 12/24 | up to 5.7 GHz | 65
Intel Core 9 273PTE | 12/24 | up to 5.5 GHz | 45

All three models use the same core set and Intel 7 process technology. More detailed data for the other chips can be found in a table on Intel’s website.

Positioning
Intel classifies Bartlett Lake as an embedded processor. In the “Peripheral Device Technologies” section, the company describes it as a component suitable for industrial applications, healthcare, smart cities, and other peripheral systems.

The company also announced platform compatibility with Intel Core 12th, 13th, and 14th generation processors. This will allow easy upgrading of existing embedded solutions based on the LGA 1700 socket.

Thus, Bartlett Lake represents a line of high‑performance P‑cores for edge devices with support for modern interfaces and memory, making them ideal for industrial and peripheral applications.
