Qualcomm unveiled a new robotics platform – Dragon Wing IQ10

At the Computex 2026 trade show, Qualcomm CEO Cristiano Amon announced the launch of an updated version of its robotics platform, Dragon Wing IQ10. The project’s goal is to eliminate “bottlenecks” that are slowing industry progress.

Why a new platform is needed
When building robots, engineers often have to assemble computing blocks for basic functions themselves. This fragmentation leads to:

- data transfer delays;
- higher development costs;
- longer project timelines (by several months).

The ready-made Qualcomm Dragon Wing IQ10 platform aims to solve these problems by providing all necessary components “out of the box.”
